SJO Investments was founded in 2014 by owners Scott & Jessica Oots in the city of Corona, CA. Since inception SJO has grown significantly from a two person operation purchasing two properties per month to one of the largest residential real estate acquisitions companies in Southern California.

"When we started SJO Investments in 2014 it was our goal to become not the largest investment company in California, but the most trusted. The label of "Real Estate Investor" had such a negative connotation to it which was completely understandable at the time. We work everyday to change the bad experiences our customers encountered with other investment companies and turn those into successful transactions with positive reviews. As a company we helped over 1,000 homeowners through unique situations regarding their properties and look to continue growing that number in the future.

Irvine, CA
The Acquisitions Sales Rep is best utilized as the team member to close the transactions for the company. This position is requiring patience, a customer-centric mindset, rapport building, and a hunger to learn more about the industry with a can-do attitude. This position has a high demand for diligence and commitment to the process. This consists of outbound calling and follow-ups, set to show ratio for appointments, contract acquisition and ultimately closing the deal. The mental fortitude to continue with the process is a necessity as it takes time to build enough rapport to win a closing.
Bilingual Acquisitions Sales Rep:
Irvine, CA
The Acquisitions Sales Rep is best utilized as the team member to close the transactions for the company. This position is requiring you to be a fluent Spanish speaker with patience, a customer-centric mindset, rapport building, and a hunger to learn more about the industry with a can-do attitude. This position has a high demand for diligence and commitment to the process. The Dispositions Sales Representative is a very detail-oriented, diligent, reliable, and incredibly friendly team member. Building rapport with potential investors and vetting them as serious buyers or not are daily activities the “dispo rep” will engage in. Understanding what the company’s goal is regarding profits and spreads is a key component in deciding what to do with specific acquisitions, and this is the “dispo reps” area of expertise.
