Our small and mighty team does whatever it takes to achieve excellence. As we continue to accelerate in growth, we are looking for an energetic Social Media Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team here in Irvine, CA!

We need someone to manage our Google AdWords accounts and social media accounts. We are looking for someone with lots of experience- someone that has run large AdWords accounts with the knowledge and expertise to hit the ground running! You must have a full understanding of budgets, keywords, conversions, conversion tracking, analytics, as well as setting up and managing campaigns. You must be that someone that will go out and understand new ways of doing things to ensure we are always top of the list!

The ideal candidate is an action-oriented, multi-talented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment! 

Compensation: $80,000- $95,000

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Running and managing large Google AdWords accounts

  • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand

  • Create social media posts, and work with the content team on the creation of supporting assets, content, landing pages, etc

  • Develop the Social Media Handbook for the company, outlining our best practices and rules for developing branded content and engaging with the public

  • Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns

  • Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements

  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities

  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs


  • Experience running large Google AdWords accounts

  • Must have a full understanding of budgets, keywords, conversions, conversion tracking, analytics, as well as setting up and managing campaigns

  • Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time

  • Creative, imaginative, and able to develop ideas quickly - as well as execute them

  • Encourage engagement across all organic social channels by working with the head of content to create a calendar of content, interacting with followers, and understanding the brand to be able to communicate clearly

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong customer-service orientation
